Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

USA and Canada Shipping Rates and Estimates

Fun Pockets offers free shipping to Canada, and the lower 48 in the USA. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fun Pockets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

At this time, we do not currently ship to Russia. International shipping rates are as follows: $20 for weights between 0.0 oz - 70.4 oz (4.4lbs), then $30 for orders that weigh between 70.5 oz. and 159.9 oz. (just under10 lbs.), lastly, 10lbs., $40 for shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fun Pockets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopfunpockets@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis for refund and exchanges for items damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged item, please email shopfunpockets@gmail.com with details and photos within 30 days of purchase. If you are entitled to a refund or exchange, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
